Our work begins with educators because meaningful, sustainable change in education happens through those closest to students & communities.

- Our programs support K-12 educators, post-secondary courses, community educators, & youth-serving practitioners working with marginalized & underrecognized groups.
- All programs are grounded in Ontario legislation, curriculum expectations, & board-level equity and inclusion frameworks.
- Our programs are organized across three interconnected domains of practice; we recommend starting in the order listed below for maximum impact. However, we offer individual workshops on their own.
